About Green Street
Mike and Tim met while living in the Windy City after college. Their interests in real estate, construction, and an abundance mindset brought them together. They began by helping each other build their individual real estate companies. During that process, they witnessed an extensive amount of unethical behavior in “off-market” property sales. These transactions were littered with shadiness, inefficiency, and deals that frequently fell through. The property owner was always left with the short end of the stick!
They realized that they could build a better company that provided only transparent, honest off-market transactions. A company built on win-win solutions. Built on relationships. They decided to combine forces and founded Green Street Holdings– the rest is history.
Meet Our Team
Mike Kehoe – Co-Founder

Mike is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully created and exited multiple technology companies. He guides the company vision with experience building brands and investor financing. Mike leads our business strategy and pushes the boundaries of “conventional” thinking in the real estate space.
Mike focuses on growth, marketing, relationships, and company culture.
Tim McGarvey – Co-Founder

Tim comes from a Project Management background, spending years consulting for large commercial construction projects in Silicon Valley. He’s managed development and renovation projects for companies like Apple, Intuit, AirBNB, Hines, Juul Labs, and Skywalker Ranch.
Tim leads our Operations and is responsible for executing Green Street’s vision. He focuses on processes, efficiency, budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
Connor Teddy – Acquisitions Manager

Connor manages our Acquisition team in North Carolina. In his career, he’s put hundreds of off-market properties under contract between the Seattle and Raleigh-Durham markets. He guides our Acquisitions strategy while providing oversight of each territory. Connor is a skilled underwriter and a master of simplifying complex real estate situations. He consistently provides creative solutions to get deals closed.
Enier Cruz – Inspector

Enier manages our in-market Inspections process. He has a Civil Engineering degree and experience in many roles within the Construction and Real Estate industry, including working as an Engineer on large professional stadium projects. His technical background and detail-oriented approach provides us with consistency and accuracy in our Due Diligence process.
